About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the Mobvision Edition 3 website and account features. Mobvision is operated by Mobvision INC, Netherlands. These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands.

Accounts

You may sign in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure and for activity on your Mobvision account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, impersonate others, or interfere with contest operations.

Contest Participation

Contest-specific rules, deadlines, eligibility, voting procedures, and submission requirements may be published separately. If those rules conflict with these general terms, the specific contest rules apply for that contest feature.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you submit or publish through Mobvision. By submitting content, you give Mobvision permission to host, display, reproduce, stream, promote, and archive it for contest-related purposes. You must have the rights needed to submit any music, images, text, names, likenesses, or other materials you provide.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to manipulate voting, ranking, account systems, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law.
• Do not impersonate another person, artist, group, or organizer.

Third-Party Services

Mobvision may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, media, analytics, communications, or community features. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

The website is provided as an evolving contest platform. Features may change, pause, or end, and availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms when the service changes or legal requirements change.

Disclaimers

Mobvision is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
